We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Nudiye at the reception. They surprised us with birthday cakes for my daughter during breakfast, which was a lovely touch. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the free transportation service within the city. The location, although in an industrial area, was conveniently close to a bus stop that provided easy access to the city center. The breakfast room was nicely decorated, and the breakfast itself was delicious. the staff's kindness and the convenient transportation options were the best aspects of our stay.

The breakfast room was nicely decorated and the hotel staff was extremely friendly. the location was convenient for industrial area visits, and there was a bus stop nearby that ran frequently. the hotel even offered free transportation within the area.
The noise in the room was unbearable due to the road and railway line running behind the hotel. the shower doors were dirty with other people's hair on them, and the heavy key was inconvenient to carry around.
